Michael's grandfather came to the United States from Italy, bringing with him the timeless art of barbering and classic European grooming techniques. His father later owned and operated barbershops in the Timonium area, where Michael grew up surrounded by the energy of the salon and barbering world. Building on that strong foundation, Michael developed his own signature approach to hair and beauty, combining old-school attention to detail with modern trends, education, and customer care. Since the 1980s, Michael has been proudly affiliated with Paul Mitchell, embracing the brand's commitment to innovation, professionalism, and high-quality products. Over the decades, he has
continued to evolve with the industry while staying true to the values that shaped him from the beginning: passion, creativity, and treating every guest like family.
